Lee Crawford, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Prior to starting Twofish in 2006, Lee was Director of Engineering at Yahoo!, overseeing development efforts across all of the Yahoo! Games properties. He joined Yahoo! through the acquisition of Stadeon, a mobile multiplayer technology company he co-founded in 2001. Before Stadeon, Lee served as VP of Product & Technology at Trintech, a leading supplier of financial governance, risk management, and payment processing solutions. He has also worked as VP of Engineering at Shockwave.com and Director of Engineering at Segasoft Networks, where he led the Engineering and Operations teams for the Dreamcast Network. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Florida State University.
Lisa Rutherford, Vice President
Lisa leads business operations, corporate strategy, and business development at Twofish. She began her entrepreneurial career by founding her own freelance writing and specialized marketing company, before working with several venture capital firms in emerging high-tech areas, including data mining, security, 3D design, game development, and nanotechnology. Prior to Twofish, Lisa was a venture capitalist at Vista Ventures and In-Q-Tel, where she led simulation and gaming investments, including @Last Software (acq: GOOG) and Destineer. Lisa holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Master's from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's from Penn State University.
Greg Doane, Director of Engineering
Greg brings nearly two decades in technology and software engineering to Twofish, where he leads the engineering team responsible for the creation and maintenance of Twofish Elements. He was previously an Engineering Manager at Yahoo!, where he oversaw community platforms and avatars. Prior to Yahoo!, Greg co-founded Fogbreak Software, where he designed and built a supply chain liability analysis and management product. He also ran the web development group for iVendor, a private-label e-commerce infrastructure provider, and has worked at OnDisplay, Verity and NEC America. Greg studied Computer Science at The University of California, Berkeley.
Ed Annunziata, Co-Founder and Advisor
Ed advises Twofish and our partners about best practices for designing advanced economic functions into games. He brings nearly two decades of game development experience to Twofish, having worked with some of the industry's leading publishers, including SEGA, Sony, and Leapfrog, while producing popular titles for a variety of platforms. Most recently, Ed served as an Executive Producer for Nokia's N-Gage mobile phone and gaming device, helping create nearly a dozen multiplayer titles for the platform. His personal labor of love, Smallball baseball, was one of the first microtransactions-based games targeting the US market.
